FAR OUT CAKES
I started a cake business with dreams of creating fully organic/100% NON GMO and vegan cakes. I use no plastic packaging and minimal plastic in my ingredient purchasing as well. I even make my own oat milk and vanilla extract (with organic beans) to avoid the plastic bottles and cartons. I have always loved to decorate cakes and make cakes that are moist, delicious, and beautiful, and with as little foot print as possible. Good for the Earth and tasty too!

We are earthworkers of a small urban farm located in the unceded lands of the Kalapuya, Chinook, Willamette, Cowlitz and other bands of these lands known as Portland, OR and Wapato Island, OR QPOC, Indigenous, Veteran Owned in partnership with other Black and Brown Farmers in the Raceme Farm Collective Past Participant of the Pathways to Farming Program through Mudbone Grown, LLC, the Oregon Food Bank Flying DogHeart Farm is working to join the movement to change the face of farming and herbalism in Oregon and the Pacific Northwest by working in solidarity with the Raceme Farm Collective, Canoe Journey Herbalists, Black Food Sovereignty Coalition and other Black and Brown Led efforts to connect Black and Brown people to land and relationship to plants. La Comelona is a small-batch, all-natural salsa company based in Portland. Using fresh ingredients and traditional chiles from Mexico, La Comelona makes salsas with an alchemy-like process — by roasting dry chiles and bringing out a smokey flavor that layers nicely with fresh onions and garlic. Through La Comelona, the founders hope to preserve its traditional salsa recipes — one of the most fundamental and indispensable elements of the Mexican kitchen.

Null Refillery is neighborhood refill store and delivery service aiming to lower the barrier to reduce our dependence on single use plastics that I started a year ago. We are a small, family owned mixed produce and cane berry farm in Corbett, OR. The farm is operated in conjunction with a long-time cane berry farmer. We strive to produce the highest quality berries through sustainable and regenerative practices.

RED TRUCK HOMESTEAD
We operate on a one-acre urban farm in the Parkrose Neighborhood, a half-acre plot in the Cully Neighborhood, and eight acres in Longview, Washington, founded by the grandson of an Italian urban farmer. Providing food for a large family in Rhode Island during the Depression era, he passed his strong work ethic and passion for growing and cooking healthy food on to his grandson.

ReTreat is a zero waste chocolate shop. I use organic, local (whenever possible), sustainably sourced ingredients to make chocolates and truffles in small batches. The chocolates are handmade and vegan. I make two versions, one with cacao and one with carob, so you can avoid caffeine and sugar if you wish.

Female farmer growing diverse vegetables and herbs on 1/2 an acre in Gresham, Oregon. Never any synthetic pesticides, herbicides or any other -icides! Crops are chosen for their seasonality in the PNW. That means: lots of lettuce in late spring, tomatoes and cucumbers in summer and all the hearty root and storage veggies in fall and winter like turnips, chicories and winter squash.
